
The Le Bernardin chef takes Fathom behind the scenes of a recent pilgrimage to Bhutan and answers a few questions about his globe-trotting habits. The chef, who’s also a practicing Buddhist, says in a questionnaire that he was shocked to see spit-roasted dog in Vietnam, that he never gets on a plane without a hoodie, and his travel hero is Indiana Jones.
