Some expansions just make sense, like putting a Cafe Gratitude in Venice and stickingan Umami Burger in The Grove. To that end, organic food retailer Erewhon appears to be heading towards Malibu, taking over the sizable shoes of How’s Market at Trancas Country Mart, which closed in the summer of 2011. The opening is expected sometime next spring. We only pray this natural fit for the Bu’s beach bodies doesn’t mean the weekend tri-tip grill is going the way of the dodo. 30745 PCH, Malibu.
