Ciano has a new six-course tasting menu for the fall season from chef Shea Gallante, recent winner of a pasta battle on Iron Chef. Mouth-watering menu standouts include crespelle filled with ricotta, spinach, zucchini, and Swiss chard; parpadelle with duck Bolognese; and tortellini filled with red-wine-braised duck legs and herbed fonduta.
