Local clothier Unionmade has just released their second annual Indigo collection, and photographer Andrew Paynter created a lookbook for the collection using the store’s favorite San Franciscans as models, including food-world folks like Tartine’s Chad Robertson, Outerlands owner Dave Muller, local drag star and gourmand Juanita More, and Sightglass Coffee owners Jerad and Justin Morrison. Currently, Roberston, Muller, and More are all prominently displayed in the store’s windows. See the complete lookbook here, and see a new interview with Robertson on Eater National in which he talks about his early days starting a bakery in West Marin in 1995, selling bread at farmers’ markets that people thought looked burnt, and the tough times when the business was barely making it but Ms. Waters started taking note of his incredible bread.
