
The Bon Vivants, a.k.a. Josh Harris and Scott Baird, a.k.a. the guys who are opening Trick Dog next door to Salumeria sometime in the next month or two, just landed a shout-out and a cocktail feature in the new issue of Martha Stewart Living. Harris describes their rye-based Hotelier cocktail as “bright and refreshing,” but it also sounds like a perfect holiday/winter concoction with Amontillado sherry, Leopold Bros. sour apple liqueur, amaro, and lemon peel. It’s basically a fancier apple Manhattan, and we (and Martha) approve. See the full spread and recipe below.
