
It looks like Joshua Smith is handing the reins over to a new chef at Blue Cow, as per an ad in Craigslist seeking a new executive chef at the Mendocino Farms-spun restaurant in Downtown. No word on what’s next for Smith, who moved from Anisette to Church & State in 2010, then soon left L.A. to work at Estiatorio Milos in Vegas, and returned last winter to head up Blue Cow.
