Here’s something we couldn’t have predicted only two years ago: GQ is naming L.A. as one of the five best beer cities in the U.S.A. We’ll definitely raise a glass to that, even if we would have loved to see a tip of the cap go out to The Daily Pint, Blue Palms, and Naja’s instead of yet-to-win-us-over Golden Road, which claims its 7,000th shout-out. And yes, even if we sort of agree with the commentators that leaving Portland out is grounds for invalidation. Nonetheless, cheers! [GQ]
