
Ba, the French bistro opened by sculptor Julia Latané and chef James Graham this year in Highland Park, is now serving brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. So when the sudden hankering for Cornish hen hits you after a night of tequila cocktails at La Cuevita, the chef has you covered in an omelet. In addition to game bird, Graham’s changing morning selection includes both traditional and creative dishes like quiche Lorraine, a wild mushroom brulee with brie, merguez omelets, pain du chocolat, and peach pancakes.
