Thomas Keller’s casual outpost in Yountville, Ad Hoc, just down the street from Bouchon and the Laundry and specializing in nightly, family-style treats like fried chicken and meatloaf, now has a cocktail program. Grub Street receives word today from the team that Thursday marks the launch of booze at the restaurant, and the cocktail list includes some proprietary creations by managers Jessica Pinzon and Christian Schnurr, like the Thyme Wasted featuring light rum, crème de violette, and fresh lime and garnished with thyme and edible flowers; and classics like the Dark & Stormy. Also, you can expect some house-made tinctures and things too.
