The damage at 2 Bros.

On Saturday night, a fire broke out around 5:45 p.m. in the apartment building above 2 Bros. Pizza and Little Tokyo on St. Marks Place, according to EV Grieve. In the course of putting out the blaze, 2 Bros.’s ceiling was damaged, and, per an EVG reader, “Little Tokyo is devastated; a wall was torn out and everything up against it smashed or thrown onto the sidewalk.” Apparently nobody was hurt, but there’s no word on how long the restaurants will take to reopen.
