
Just a little more than two weeks in, and chef-owner Christopher Kearse is already tweaking the program at Will BYOB. Beginning next week, Kearse will offer guests a new prix fixe menu on Tuesday nights. What makes this new option different from the Sunday fixed price option is, these Tuesday night tastings will focus on a single ingredient. According to a rep for Kearse, each week’s menu will be more adventurous, stretch the kitchen’s creativity, and highlight different techniques and flavor combinations that are described as unexpected and nontraditional.
