Thanks to an eagle-eyed tipster who emailed us the photos below, this past weekend brought us our first peek of the menu for forthcoming West Philly noodle house Ramen Bar, which is on track to open tomorrow in the former home of Strikes bowling alley at 4040 Locust Street. This latest addition to the city’s budding noodle niche, brings several Tonkotsu-style ramen dishes, veggie miso, wavy noodle Shoyu, plus steak teriyaki, Japanese fried rice, goyza and more to the West side of the Schuylkill. Prices range from $5 to $19, with the majority of the dishes coming in at just under $10, which makes it all the more appealing to ramen’s key demographic, college students. Ramen Bar will have a liquor license, which makes it even more appealing to grown-ups. Keep reading to peep the menu.
