T.W. Food’s Tim Wiechmann is on the hunt for a sous chef at his forthcoming Union Square restaurant, Bronwyn. The job posting reveals a little bit more about what Bronwyn has in store (besides a beer garden, which we’re already quite excited about). Soon: sausages!
Bronwyn bills itself on Craigslist as a “European style bistro which focuses on German sausages, regional Italian pastas, French foundations; with a New England craftsman approach.” The sous chef position offers the chance to expand skills in “sausage-making and pasta production,” though formal culinary training isn’t a must.
Hopefully Wiechmann finds the malleable, sausage-savvy sous of his dreams right quick, because we want this place to open soon.
