Tatte, purveyor of cookies and pastries in Brookline and the new Cambridge cafe, confirmed yesterday that the bakery will be partnering with Williams -Sonoma for the fall and the upcoming holiday season. Tatte will be creating 16 products for the fine food retailer.
Tzurit Or, owner and pastry chef, writes on her blog that she kept the decision quiet for the past eight months but is ready now to share the details with her loyal customers and fans. Have no fear of Tatte’s signature pastries losing their luster. Tzurit writes that for the new William & Sonoma products Tatte “will keep working in small kitchens to keep the products as authentic as if it were just like I was making it in my home kitchen 5 years ago.”
