
This fall Top Chef champ Kevin Sbraga is going to be dishing up meatless menus, breakfast for dinner, a turkey dinner and his tailgating favorites at his self-titled restaurant’s newly installed chef’s counter. From the beginning of October and well into the new year, Sbraga will present eight different themes for his exclusive, six-course tasting menus. The dinners cover a lot of ground, from Halloween and Thanksgiving to Jewish, Italian, and Puerto Rican holiday celebrations. Each one runs $75 per person, and features a wine pairing option for $50 more.
