Coming off hosting this year’s Feastival and going headlong into almost simultaneous openings this fall with a Federal Donuts location in Center City, and the glatt kosher European-Jewish restaurant and catering company Citron and Rose in the burbs, now more than ever Michael Solomonov is inescapable. And yet somehow, while juggling multiple projects and being everywhere at once, he’s kicking off Jewish New Year celebrations at Zahav this weekend with a special Rosh Hashanah tasting menu. The high holiday prix fixe option goes on Sunday, and will be available through Thursday for $48 per person. The six dishes served will be steeped in tradition, while showcasing his modern approach to Israeli food. Keep reading to peep the full menu.
