And yet somehow, while juggling multiple projects and being everywhere at once, he’s kicking off Jewish New Year celebrations at Zahav this weekend with a special Rosh Hashanah tasting menu. The high holiday prix fixe option goes on Sunday, and will be available through Thursday for $48 per person.
