Robert Irvine on ChefVille, Jonathan Benno’s Supper Club

• Haven’s Kitchen, a civilian cooking school and event space on 17th Street, will hold a supper club with Lincoln’s Jonathan Benno on Thursday, September 27. $185 gets you four courses with wine pairings; tickets are available through eventbrite. Additionally, David Mawhinney, a chef who has done stints at Per Se and Lincoln with Benno, is now the in-house chef of Haven’s Kitchen. [Grub Street]
