Ralph’s relented in 2011, finally admitting that several of its locations had ripped customers off through false labeling and inaccurate measurements. After pleading “no contest” to 62 misdemeanors, but holding to the story that these were only isolated incidents, the grocery chain was ordered to pay out a $1,000,000 fine on Thursday for the misleading comings and goings.
