Culver City Patch reports on the early November opening plans of Public School 310, the second iteration of Downtown’s gastropub P.S. 612, which was conceptualized and sprung by Grill on the Alley and Daily Grill’s Bob Spivak. The 125-seat restaurant is taking over the former Fraiche space, to be completely remodeled by Kelly Architects with an open kitchen, using materials that evoke the classroom without giving you bad nightmares of being back in high school (whether with or without your pants). Like Downtown’s version, the new spot will feature a market-sourced menu by Grill’s corporate chef, Phil Kastel, a craft-centered brew list, a happy hour called “recess,” and regular beer education courses, as well as wine on tap and cocktails over lunch and dinner.
P.S. 310, 9411 Culver Blvd. Culver City.
