Noche no more: The South End restaurant that took the place of long-loved Icarus is shuttering to make room for a new concept. But Noche fans shouldn’t despair: Boston Nightlife Ventures plans to open a new Noche across town.
Their Facebook page says that “customers will enjoy an extended Latin menu, options for lunch and brunch, as well as signature cocktails till 2am” at the mystery crosstown location.
In the meantime, they’ll also open a new spot in the current space that “caters to the alternative scene” this winter. Hmm. Was the South End just not ready for Noche? Or vice-versa?
