Last week Top Chef champ Kevin Sbraga fulfilled the terms of the bet he made (and lost) over the outcome of last year’s Super Bowl with Hop Sing Laundromat’s man of mystery, Lee. Now it’s Square Peg chef Matt Levin’s turn. He’s due at the Chinatown cocktail hideaway Sunday night to man the shoeshine shop set up in the vestibule, and to mix up some drinks at the bar.
