One of the things that seemed appealing about Graham Elliot’s g.e.b. was that it was going to be about the only one of the new Randolph Street chef-driven places to be open for lunch. Well, was is right: Elliot tweeted on Friday that that would be its last lunch service for 2012. The restaurant remains open 7 nights a week for dinner and weekends for brunch. Oh well, more subs at J.P. Graziano’s, we guess.
