Madison Square–area drinkers and jazz aficionados will have a new hang when the Flatiron Room opens September 18. It’s hard to tell in this rendering, but the space features vintage Italian wallpaper, coffered ceilings, and a stage with jazz and other music nightly. Consumables include classic cocktails and more than 400 whiskeys, with an upstairs tasting room offering whiskey seminars, plus seasonal food served on wooden boards.
