Chicken specialists Dirty Bird To-Go are expanding to Tribeca, with a twenty-seat shop that opens today. On the menu: the same options for free-range, sustainably raised chicken — either fried, cooked on the rotisserie, or prepared as chicken tenders — as well as chicken wraps, salads, and sides like macaroni and cheese and coleslaw. This one’s open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily, with takeout and delivery. See the menu and a photo of the space, straight ahead.
