Chicken specialists Dirty Bird To-Go are expanding to Tribeca, with a twenty-seat shop that opens today. On the menu: the same options for free-range, sustainably raised chicken — either fried, cooked on the rotisserie, or prepared as chicken tenders — as well as chicken wraps, salads, and sides like macaroni and cheese and coleslaw.
