It’s only a matter of time before US News and World Report begins to rank on-campus food trucks as part of the essential college experience. Now Boston University plans to launch its very own Asian-fusion truck, the Daily Free Press reports. Intriguingly, students would be able to use dining points (as opposed to actual cash) to dine there.
If all goes according to plan, the truck will make its debut this fall. Meanwhile, some non-BU-affiliated trucks (Paris Creperie, Pennypackers, Chicken & Rice Guys, Cookie Monstah and Momogoose) are doing a frat fundraiser with Sigma Phi Epsilon this week, during which the condiments will be used judiciously.
