Not long after the SLA cooled its persecution of gin-and-tonics on tap at Ravi DeRossi’s Gin Palace, the bar owner tells us his Bourgeois Pig East Village is serving wine spritzers on draft. The move is a collaboration with Brooklyn Soda Works, and flavors will change according to what fruit is available. To start, BP is pouring orange peel, hibiscus, ginger and grapfruit, jalapeño, and honey varieties. Danny Bowien will be thrilled!
