Chris and Heather Fetfatzes, the team behind Bella Vista beer cafe Hawthornes, will open the doors tonight to The Cambridge, their neighborhood restaurant and bar that fills the void near 15th and South streets left by Tritone’s closing. The new spot features an all-new interior that leans hard on the reclaimed woods and exposed brick schtick, a bar, booths and patio seating out back. It also will have 24 taps, a 20-plus bottle list, plus cocktails and wine. On the food side of things, Cambridge will offer housemade pierogies, burgers, sandwiches, roast chicken and steak frites. The opening draught list is straight ahead.
