SHO Shaun Hergatt Becomes the Exchange

Last we heard, Shaun Hergatt was taking his SHO on the road, and Setai powers-that-be were “formulating different options” for the restaurant space. Seems they’ve made some decisions: Eater posts an e-mail announcing the property is now called the Exchange at the Setai Wall Street, with SHO two-year veteran Josh Capone in as executive chef. The “more approachable menu” (ouch?) offers housemade breads and a largely new American lineup with a few Asian-leaning options (sweet chile ribs, porgy in green curry sauce). But we’re most concerned about that name — what’s up with the “exchange” monikers these days? Any more of this, and we’ll have to pen another rant. [Eater NY]
