For tonight’s August edition of the monthly Industry Night party at Amis, Chef Brad Spence welcomes the crew from Center City’s Shake Shack. And yeah, you’d better believe they’re bringing in some serious burgers. They are also contributing a special Industry Night Dog with fried sopressata, cherry peppers, parsley and provolone; and white whiskey peach-pecan frozen custard. For its part, Amis will serve sausage sandwiches, tomato pie, and Old Bay fries. As always, the food is free, the drinks are cheap, but only a recent paycheck stub from restaurant will gain you entry. The fun starts at 10 p.m.
