
Glassell Park-based catering company Room Forty is caving into the nosy neighbors who keep coming by to see what the business is up to. The outfit is now offering a short summer take-out menu of low-priced, handmade pastas, including a vegan artichoke and pornici anglotti and another with owner Steve Forunato’s “true bolognese” using natural beef, pork, veal, and pancetta, available on weekdays by phone-order.
