A couple of weeks ago Piccino’s chef, Rachel Sillcocks, moved on to helm the kitchen at Range. While Piccino’s partners search for a new full time chef, they’ve asked an old friend to help them out in the kitchen. Ravi Kapur, of Liholiho Yacht Club, will guest chef for two months. During September and October, Kapur will be in charge of the restaurant with menu changes being dictated by what’s at the market. [Tablehopper]
