A one year anniversary in the hospitality industry is like seven years in the real world — and given the high failure rate of restaurants, 365 days in business is something to celebrate. And Prasino (which means “green” in Greek), celebrated in grand green style at its first anniversary party earlier this week. CS magazine co-hosted the fête, which included apps such as baby lamb chops with arugula, ahi tuna and eel, crab and shrimp sushi, shrimp skewers with a kind of peanut sauce, as well as beef skewers with barbecue sauce, and hummus on flatbread amongst other dishes. Happy anniversary, Prasino!
