Bill Beck, owner of popular Reading Terminal Market stall Beck’s Cajun Cafe, is blowing up at 30th Street Station. Earlier this week he launched the second location of his haven for all things Cajun and Creole there. The space is larger, and offers wait service. It’s also open longer each day, serving guests from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. And with the bigger space and extended hours comes a host of new dishes. Among them are a new selection of salads, Po Boys, wraps and more.
