Starting next week, Night + Market will be closed on Mondays. Owner and chef Kris Yenbamroong sends out word today over the restaurant’s website writing, “It’s the only civilized thing to do. I used to think going seven days a week was no big deal, but then we actually started having customers and not having a day off got old, fast. The quality of food is also sure to go up those remaining six days.”
