Susan Feniger, pioneer in Latin cuisine with L.A.’s Border Grill and in food TV with Too Hot Tamales in the late 1990s, will be in Chicago Thursday, August 16. She’ll be signing and demoing from her new book STREET Food: Irresistibly Crispy, Creamy, Crunchy, Spicy, Sticky, Sweet Recipes at Williams-Sonoma at 900 N. • Chicago’s newest brewery, Hopothesis Beer Company, will be happy to introduce you to its beer tomorrow night with a tapping at SmallBar Division from 6 to 9 p.m. They’ll be offering $5 pints of their debut I.P.A. and brewer/owner Ike will be on hand to talk spuds.
