Joanne Chang Tweets that she’s going to open one or two more Flours in the near future, and she hopes to reveal the locations soon, per a “twinterview” with the Boston Business Journal. Here’s a hint: Chang says she doesn’t drive, so the new Flours have to be bike-able.
Chang also says that she will not open a Flour in the Spotted Apron space on Beacon Hill because it’s too small.
