
Starting this Sunday, J. Nichols Kitchen will try to trick some cash away from Venice’s Wurstkuche with its own “Sausage Sunday” dinner from 5:00 P.M. to closing every night. Priced just under ten-dollars each, chef Roger Hayot is offering a weekly changing selection that will include wieners like an Asian duck sausage with fried jasmine rice, chicken sausage with apples, onions, and fried sage, and dishes like a pork and chorizo posole, along with draft beers at four-dollars a pint.
