Last year we somehow found it in ourselves to make the trip to Duxbury Beach for seafood, sea air, and Sauvignon Blanc, and it was a luscious affair. This year’s Friends for Haiti fundraiser on September 8, put on by the Island Creek Oysters Foundation, promises to be just as swank, with a roster of New York-based chefs from places like Esca, Gramercy Tavern, and Empire Mayo and local favorites like Rialto and Trade (check out Jody Adams posing with Island Creek’s Skip Bennett), Tico, Nantucket’s The Pearl, and Formaggio Kitchen, among others. See the roster of dishes and chefs, straight ahead. Then buy your tickets right here.
