Forbes Island Revises Their Menu; Blackbird Hosts Barrel-Aged Beer Party; and More

Fisherman’s Wharf: Man-made island restaurant Forbes Island has got a new menu, and they’re now serving dinner seven nights a week. [Eater]
Castro: Blackbird is hosting a barrel-aged beer event tonight featuring the guys from Schmaltz Brewing. There will be tastings of new releases, side-by-side tastings of their beers with their barrel-aged counterparts, and two beer cocktails on offer. [SFoodie]
Richmond: Yummy Yummy, an expansion of the Sunset’s Vietnamese restaurant of the same name, has replaced the former Y&Y; at 914 Clement (at 10th Avenue). [Tablehopper]
