
It looks like chef Daniel Patterson’s new PR team has been working overtime, and they landed one of his recipes in an unlikely though widely read place: People magazine. As Chow’s John Birdsall points out, the Coi chef’s recipe for a pea salad with spring onions and mint stands alongside such previous food stories as “Jenny McCarthy Enjoys a Colada Cocktail Poolside” and “Miley Cyrus Samples Lemon Cookies on Philly Trip.” And lord knows most of America would make this with frozen peas.
