Coolhaus’s ice cream sandwiches are cultishly beloved for a reason — we can attest to their buttery, creamy deliciousness. In just a few years, the architecture-themed dessert brand (can they get you a Mies Vanilla Rohe?) went from one truck to nine, and expanded from L.A. to four other cities: NYC, Austin, Dallas, and Miami.
