The man behind the 2.0 version of Bar Tartine, at the helm of the popular Mission restaurant between opening chef Jason Fox and current chef Nick Balla, returns tonight for one night only, serving up his most popular dish: the bone marrow burger. Chef Chris Kronner has mostly been doing the private chef thing lately, ever since departing the restaurant in early 2011, but he comes back into the fold tonight for their Curiosities series. As you can see from the menu, he’s just doing burgers, and wings, and gravy fries. And for those of you watching your cholesterol, the marrow is optional.
