Haven Gastropub has pushed back the opening of its burger-joint-within-a-gastropub concept, Burger Haven. Originally said to be opening on the first of this month, the restaurant is now going to crack its doors next Monday, August 20, for a new menu of burgers by Haven chef Greg Daniels, offered daily and including grass-fed beef beef, lamb, and regular burger specials. The restaurant is also planning milkshakes featuring Haven’s own ice cream and is giving the first 100 people in line a free burger when the spot first cuts ribbon at 11:00 A.M. Which all could look a little like this, only facing the other direction, as Burger Haven will have its own separate entrance in adjacent McCormick Alley.
