Chef Brian Poe opens up to the Revere Journal about his oceanfront pad, where he’s inspired watching the sun rise above the beach. “I’ve heard all the stories and jokes, but every morning I sit out on my balcony with my coffee and look at the Beach and the big boats in the distance and the bulldozers cleaning up the sand. I think it’s great,” he says.
Revere also inspires his culinary dreams, especially BK’s Bar & Grill on Ocean Avenue. “I actually wrote the menu for the Tip Tap Room when I was sitting at the bar in BK’s,” he reveals. As we told you a while back, Poe’s next endeavor is renovating Estelle’s in the decidedly un-Revere-y South End.
