When we learned of B Restaurant’s closing at the end of May, we heard that A.G. Ferrari’s Paul Ferrari was going to be a partner in a new venture at the space, dubbed as a trattoria. Today Grub Street learns that while details and an opening date are still be finalized, the place will be called Borgo Italia, and it should be made clear that it will not be associated with A.G. Ferrari. Expect an opening announcement soon, and we’ll update you as we learn more.
