Eating well will get that much easier on Friday, when Blossom chainlet’s owners open the third outpost of their vegan casual concept, Blossom Du Jour, in Hell’s Kitchen, joining outposts in Chelsea and on the Upper West Side. Celebs like Gywneth Paltrow are known to be fans of Blossom’s grub, which here includes vegan treats and wraps for breakfast, and sandwiches, salads, wraps, and sides including meat-free “buffalo bites” for the rest of the day, not to mention fresh-pressed juices. Hours will be 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the week (though for the first week, the shop will open at 10 a.m.), 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturdays, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays. Scope the menu below.
