Blackbird Opens in the EV; IHOP Hits Dubai

BrisketTown, a pop-up restaurant expanding the concept of the well-received BrisketLab meat parties, is offering a meat reservation service, $25 per pound of brisket. • IHOP is getting even more international: The breakfast chain is primed to open a branch in the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, down the hall from the world’s largest indoor ski hill. This location will serve up traditional American breakfast with halal meat. [Grub Street]
