
According to his Facebook page, French chef Alex Ageneau is hightailing it out of Los Angeles. The chef, who worked locally as sous chef de cuisine at The Royce and was one half of the Bistronomics pop-up with Jet Tila at BreadBar, was recently announced as chef at the newly opened Colonial Wine Bar before ceding that turf to Pippa Calland.
