
Restaurateur and ultimate cooking competition warrior Geoffrey Zakarian, who was just seen stretching his sea legs, has two new cookbooks in the works. Publishers Marketplace (subscription required) reports the focus is on the “perfect pantry” and the “essential accessible ingredients that every average home cook should have on hand to make exciting dishes that work for any level of expertise.” Book one will be published in the fall of 2014 through Emily Takoudes at Clarkson Potter.
