We just hung up with chef Patricia Yeo, who tells us: “I am going to leave Moksa. I have been given a really good offer in Chicago, a corporate position. I’m getting too old to work in a kitchen. It’s more development, more creative. I was hoping to keep some sort of finger in the Moksa pie, but we have different management techniques and different ideas.” Yeo won’t reveal where she’ll land in the Windy City until a contract is signed. And, for the record, she still misses Ginger Park, even though it wasn’t “well-funded.” We wish her luck, and more stability, in the Midwest. As for Moksa: ticktock? [Earlier, Earlier]
